How to Adopt

The Borderland Humane Society makes every effort to place animals in the most proper home.
Pet ownership is a serious responsibility.  
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please visit the "BHS Animals" tab,
click on the picture of the animal of interest and click "Apply for Adoption"

To be considered for adoption, you must: 
Be at least 18 years old.
Have knowledge and consent of all adults living in your household.
Have a valid government-issued photo ID.
Have landlord's consent if you are renting.
