The Borderland Humane Society makes every effort to place animals with the proper home.

To do this, we ask that you download the Pre-Adoption Questionnaire in PDF format and return it via email.

If you do not return the form via email and insist on using the regular mail service, there is no guarantee that the animal you want to adopt will still be available.

How to fill out form and attach as an email:
1. Click on the application.
2. Click on save file to computer. At this time it will save it to your documents.
3. Go to your documents, click the file marked Preadoption application.
4. When it opens, click "save as text". This will save it again in your documents.
5. Go to your documents and click to open. Fill out the form. Save it to your computer.
6. Go in as if to send an email and address the email, info@borderlandhumanesociety.org.
7. Send as an attachment. Attach file and send.
